Registration system of international domains works as per the schedules. Therefor domain name’s getting expired at the end of the validity. Once your domain expired, you must make the payment to get it renewed.
If you are paying through bank, you must inform us payment details to renew the domain. Cheque payments are subjected to realization and until Cheque(s) get realized, we are unable to apply your payments to the account or renew the domains.
Up-on renewal of expired domain, it would take about 24 – 48 hours to resolve the access to expire domain. We are not able to expedite to time it take to re-activate of the domains as its something beyond our control.
