• Reseller Hosting is recommand for low and avarage usage accounts only. High usuage account should not be created under reseller account.
• Maximum email limit per domain must not exceed 150 emails per hour
• Reseller is responsible for keep their clients CMS ( like WordPress/Joomla) in latest versions.
• In the even account is compromized, you would requires to reset account through WHM.
• Reseller support is only avalaible through support ticket only. Please submit the ticket under ‘Reseller Support’ category.
• We privide both white labled and private name server options for reseller account
• Private name server option is avalaible for Resell 5 GB and Upper Packages.
• The main domain you need to set your name servers must be registrd through lankahost or names.lk to setup the private name server
• we are working to get billing software, domain reseller account and LK Domain Reseller account to our resellers, We will let you know once its available.
